I looked at a lot of hotel reservation software solutions but finally settled on iMagic Hotel Reservation. It was the easiest to use, had some of the best features and was well priced.

I could set up the software how I wanted and most of the work was done automatically by iMagic Hotel. I found the booking process to be simple and efficient, I was even able to train my assistant in a short space of time, so we could both use it at the same time. There are a lot of features like Customer Mailing Lists for sending out special promotions, it links into Word if you have it and it has a simple online booking option.

It’s well priced and includes support and a manual that has tutorials and other examples you can go through. There is also an online forum in case you get stuck and need a hand from either the developers or other hotel owners.

I recommend it.
